PROCTORS NEEDED!

Attention Parents, Retired Educators, Community Leaders, Grandparents, and other adults over eighteen,

Our school needs proctors to assist in administering the End of Grade Tests on May 30, 31, June 1, and June 4.  Proctors will be needed from 7:30 am-12:30 pm on each day and will be trained prior to serving.  If you can volunteer during any or all of these days, please contact Barbara Wilkins or Teresa Coleman.   We need many individuals as each 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grade classes must have a proctor in the room.  Thank you for your continued support.

Attention Tar Heel  Parents and Students:

Sports Pre-participation Examination Forms will go home with students on Tuesday, April 24, 2018.  Students who return the form with completed health history and parent signature by Friday,April 27 , 2018 will receive a free screening examination at school from practitioners with Southeastern Regional Health Center of Clarkton.  The screening examination is for the purpose of sport participation only and does not substitute for a comprehensive examination with your child’s regular physician where important preventive health information can be covered. Southeastern Regional Health Center of Clarkton will be at Tar Heel Middle School on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 to complete the examinations.
